Panther Events at 82nd Airborne National Convention

Full details of Panther Association events during the Annual 82nd Airborne Division National Convention are now available.

82nd Airborne National Convention August 19-22, 2009

  • The Panther Association will join the Golden Brigade and share a hospitality room on main floor- Veterans Room #4.
  • The Panther Association will also have Veterans Room #3.
  • There will be a Panther Association meeting in Veterans Room #3 at 10:00 hrs. 21 August, 2009.
  • We will be voting on our new by-laws so please attend.

There will be a Panther Association Brunch separate from the meeting in Veterans Room #3 at 10:00 hrs. 22 August, 2009

1st Sgt. David Ceballos, first sergeant for Company D, 2-505 pays his respects to Staff Sgt. Justin L. Bauer during a memorial ceremony Jan. 16 at Forward Operating Base Loyalty. Bauer served as a squad leader for Co. D, 2nd Bn., 505th Parachute Inf. Regt., 3rd BCT, 82nd Abn. Div. He was killed when an improvised explosive device struck his vehicle during a combat patrol Jan. 10 in Baghdad. Bauer, a native of Loveland, Colo., is survived by his wife Kari, mother Connie L. Haddock, and father Gregory L. Bauer. Sgt. 1st Class Patrick Ward, a close friend renders a salute
